Most common questions about the right to be forgotten

Heads-up: We've collected answers here based on our 7 years of Wroclaw practice. Without unnecessary fluff.

Is link removal always guaranteed?

Honestly, not every content can be removed. If an article is based on truth and an important public interest, Google can refuse. However, in 97.3% of cases, we find specific procedural violations that allow for the link to be withdrawn from search results.

How long do I wait for Google's reaction?

The average search engine response time to our legal application is 14 days. Most cases we've conducted for 423 clients since 2017 close in the range of 11 to 31 business days.

Do I have to go to court with this?

In 84.6% of cases, we act amicably. We submit requests to site administrators and Google, which is enough for the link to disappear. We go to court only when the case is obvious and the administrator ignores press law and GDPR.

How much does web history cleaning cost?

The standard service for removing up to 7 links costs 1845 PLN net per case. An initial legal analysis costs 487 PLN, which we deduct from the final price if you decide to cooperate. You pay for a specific result.

What documents do I need to prepare?

We have specific paragraphs for this. We act as your representatives in Wroclaw, but we handle cases from all over Poland. Everything takes place remotely and with full discretion. We act in silence.
