Data collection
We collect only the information that is necessary for us to remove your data from the web. Usually, we limit ourselves to your name, email address, and the links you want withdrawn from circulation. We do not need your life story or private details that are irrelevant to the case. When you fill out the form on our website, your data goes into a secure database. Our server also saves basic technical parameters such as IP address, but we only use them to ensure the stability of the site. Honestly, the less data we have about you, the better for both parties. All inquiries that do not end in a signed contract are permanently deleted after 93 days. We do not collect data in reserve and we do not build marketing profiles of our clients. Your data, your control – that is the foundation of our work in Wroclaw.
Processing purpose
We use the data exclusively for the legal analysis of your case. Our legal counsel, Tomasz Nowak, reviews the submitted links to assess the chances of their effective removal from Google. We do not sell your information to external companies or data brokers. We do not send spam or promotional offers. We use your phone number only for conversations about progress in your case. If you decide to cooperate, we store the data for the duration of the project, which usually lasts from 11 to 31 business days. We act in silence and ensure that no outsider finds out about your image problems. We have specific paragraphs and internal procedures for this. Your name appears only in applications directed to site administrators or search engines. Every step is aimed at regaining your privacy and clearing traces on the internet.
Your rights (GDPR)
You are the sole owner of your personal data. You have the full right to ask us exactly what we know about you and how we store it. You can also at any time order us to correct errors or completely remove your data from our resources. Since our specialty is the right to be forgotten, we treat such requests as a priority. If you want to exercise your rights, send a message to info@nick-castro.com. We respond to such inquiries on average within 2 hours and 14 minutes. You do not have to fill out complicated forms or engage a lawyer to talk to us. We handle everything efficiently and without unnecessary procedures. Remember that you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe our actions violate your privacy. However, we prefer to clarify any doubts during a short, direct conversation.
Security and cookies
We care about technical information security just as strongly as about effectiveness in courts. Our site has an SSL certificate, which means everything you type into the form is encrypted. Access to the customer database is limited to only 3 authorized persons in our Wroclaw office at ul. Swidnicka 10. We do not use complicated tracking technologies. We only use simple cookies that help the site work faster and support our valuation calculator. We do not track your actions on other portals and we do not apply intrusive remarketing. We know how annoying ads are that follow a person across the entire web, so you won't find them with us. Our systems are regularly updated to protect data from leaks. We clear traces effectively, starting by caring for the confidentiality of our own systems and your peace of mind.
